> Pathways to Independence is a community based nonprofit organization created to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by helping them build meaningful life skills, confidence, and independence. The organization was founded in response to a growing gap in services for adults who age out of school based programs and are left with limited options for continued growth, structure, and support.
